As an award-winning fiction writer with a Harvard MBA, I bring a unique blend of storytelling and strategy to every project. From business plans to campaign messaging, I help clients distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives that move people to act.

I’m the co-author of the best-selling business book The World’s Largest Market, released by the American Management Association. My first feature documentary, Gatsby in Connecticut, was released by Vision Films and named one of the best films of 2020 by The New Yorker. My latest short documentary, To the State of the Good Life, about a DACA recipient, screened at Welcoming Interactive, a national immigrant conference held in Detroit in May of 2025 as part of a nation-wide social impact campaign.

My novel My Year as a Clown won the Silver Medal for Popular Fiction from the Independent Publisher Book Awards. As an Associate Fellow at Harvard Business School, I published several cases and articles on international business and government relations.

When you hire Against the Grain, you get more than a creative strategist—you get access to a curated network of top-tier talent. From Pulitzer Prize-winning illustrators to Rock & Roll Hall of Famers and MTV Video Award winners, we bring the right people to the task at hand.
