We’ve handled the New York metro public relations for the Atlanta-based TSCG (formerly the The Shopping Center Group) for more than a decade. As the largest privately-held commercial real estate companies in the United States, the company operated under several names and websites. We were brought in to help management with the copy for the new website. During the strategic review process we realized the opportunity to bring the various brands and websites currently operating independently under one roof: TSCG.
After several strategic sessions with the senior team we devised four operating divisions and restructured the website and all marketing materials to reflect this change. The new site and new branding presented the company with the chance to show how these divisions work together to create long-term client value. Using case-studies, video, and testimonials, the company is now generating compelling content that can be used across a variety of platforms including social media.
