Congratulations to David Firestein of SCG Retail for completing a 20,000 square foot deal for a Starbucks roastery, their second site for this ‘new’ experiential concept. I remember David making Starbucks coffee in his New Jersey office back in the early 90’s. He was telling me that this guys were going to be the next ‘big’ thing.
